Why
do I have to sign up for two years?
All accounts last for two years because it cuts around 25% off
the cost of each package. When accounts are registered for two
years so we do not have contact each user at the end of one
year to arrange continuation of the account. This can be a costly
process as often people's e-mail addresses have changed or they
have moved away etc. etc. Further more all UK domain names have
to be registered for two years as this is the minimum amount

Can I change anything
at any time?
Of coarse, just send us an e-mail and depending what it is,
we'll either send you a quote or just update your site. See

How
do I pay?
We Accept all major credit cards using Paypal. Payments can
also be made by cheque all, we ask is for you to pay within
30 days of your new site being published.

Do
we have to use your designs and colours?
All designs are there so you get an idea of what you're going
to get for your money. All the packages are very flexible and
will accommodate your company colours and logos. Back

What
do I get for my free update?
Each package supports a number of free updates which can be
used up throughout the year which consist of removing, replacing,
adding or moving any amount of text or image, inserting/moving

Do
you do anything else for free?
Small things like correcting spelling mistakes, removing any
text or images, adding any text up to a paragraph - minor things
like that. For all others see prices.

What
happens if I want a new design for my lack lustre web site?
If you think you're current web site needs a face lift and doesn't
look as good as your competitors, we can take a look and assist
you as to what to do next. There are small tricks behind the
face of a web site which will get you new customers from the
likes of search engines, and if you're current web site doesn't
have those, then you're not reaching new potential customers.

long will it be before my new site can be found on a search
engine?
Because of the amount of existing web sites around on the Internet,
a search engine can take anywhere between 4 and 10 weeks before
your new web site is logged, which is why we take time out and
submit your new web site once a month - every month - to make

Can I have anything
on my web site?
Yes - within reason, we can provide almost anything - just tell
us what you need. If you see something
on another web site and thought that your business could benefit
from it, we'll take a look. We do tend to steer away from splash
pages, animations and sound as these tend to slow your site
